VICTORIOUS LAUNCH

Before Victorious was a new live streaming fitness app preparing for launch with a strong concept but no visual identity or brand world to bring it to life. They needed a creative director to define the look and feel of the brand and oversee every element of the launch — from visual identity to the physical studio environment.

Process We partnered with a brand agency to develop the concept and art direction, building the identity around a central insight: the logo mark, a V for Victorious, doubles as the Roman numeral for five. This became the foundation for a visual world inspired by the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and spirit — giving the brand both conceptual depth and a rich visual system to draw from. The aesthetic took cues from brutalist architecture, creating a bold, raw, and commanding look that felt distinct in the fitness space. From there, I oversaw the creation of all brand visuals and directed the art direction of the live streaming studio itself, ensuring the physical and digital brand experience were seamless.

Result Victorious launched with a fully realized brand identity — a cohesive visual system, a distinctive studio environment, and campaign-ready assets that set the app apart in a crowded fitness market. The layered concept gave the brand room to grow, with the five elements providing an ongoing visual and narrative framework across content and marketing.
